Your referral to an RPM Nurse Case Manager is a critical first step to prevent industrial injury cases from becoming long-term chronic disability claims. Our intent is to effectively manage the medical issues on a claim instead of just reporting what medical providers are saying. RPM offers aggressive medical case management to work effectively with the physician to resolve medical issues in a timely manner. Our Nursing staff is highly experienced with specific skills in the area of critical care, home care, and surgery. When you refer to RPM you get:

• A focused approach to the management of medical issues that promotes communication, and collaboration with the Physician, Third Party Administrator, Employer, Worker, Therapist, Vocational Counselor and Attorney.
• Cost effective case management with the goal of return to work and the prevention of long-term disability.
• Experience with catastrophic injuries and "medically complex" disability claims.
• Comprehensive Nurse Evaluations on "day two" of an injury claim to ensure appropriate and timely treatment. Appropriate treatment in the acute phase of an injury and the identification of "red flags" will significantly reduce the number claims that become "old"
