RPM has provided Community Access and Employment services to Grant County since 1997. Our experienced staff is dedicated to providing quality services to persons with disabilities.

Supported Employment Services

RPM works hard to establish links with local employers to create competitive work opportunities. Our employment staff has extensive experience with job placement and job coaching. Our goal is to place individuals into appropriate and realistic employment opportunities based on skills, physical ability, and interests. Following successful job placement, RPM provides the necessary support to ensure job retention.

Community Access Services

RPM Community Access services provide opportunities for inclusion

based on interest, level of comfort and personal goals. Our experienced staff works hard to create outings that are both entertaining and educational. We strive to develop opportunities that promote new social skills and relationships while at the same time building a support system to maintain existing relationships with family, friends, and staff. We offer flexible scheduling to accommodate individual needs.
